Noodles freshly made at the factory can be savored at our store.

Fresh flavor, just the right firmness, and a smooth texture. Carefully selected ingredients and artisanal techniques provide the same delicious taste every day.

Our mentsuyu, noodle sauce, is developed exclusively for Tsumura Noodle Factory’s fresh hiyamugi.

In order to serve the best fresh hiyamugi flavor experience, we developed the sauce from scratch, and have finally perfected the ultimate mentsuyu

Store Guide

To help you fully enjoy the restaurant, we provide information about parking, amenities, and the number of seats.

Our restaurant offers a total of 18 seats.

We have counter seats and table seats available. It can be used by family, friends, or even by yourself.

We also offer a dashi, soup stock, tasting service.

The store’s original product, o-dashi, is a soup stock developed for Tsumura Noodle Factory’s noodles. This product is used in all of the restaurant’s menu items, and the secret to our delicious taste is hidden in this dashi. Be sure to sample it while you wait.

Our restaurant is family-friendly, so even guests with children can enjoy the experience.

We provide baby chairs, children’s tableware, and noodle cutters so that you can dine with peace of mind even with young children. Please feel free to use them!

We sell noodles delivered directly from the factory at our store.

In addition to noodles shipped directly from the Tsumura Noodle Factory, we also carry a wide selection of seasonings used in our restaurant’s original products, such as o-dashi, soup stock, and mentsuyu, noodle broth. Noodle gift sets can also be shipped nationwide!

Parking space for 11 cars is available.

Five cars can park in front of the store, and six cars can park on the left side across from the store. For large vehicles, we recommend the space on the left side of the store.

Noodle vending machine

We have a noodle vending machine installed in front of the store. You can purchase hiyamugi, udon, pasta, and “rider” ramen noodles 24 hours a day, so feel free to stop by even outside of business hours.

For gifts or as souvenirs, you can purchase factory-direct noodles including udon, soba, yakisoba, somen, and noodle gift sets. We invite you to come visit us just for shopping. We also provide wrapping and local delivery.
