I was looking forward to the Kitami Onion Top Hiyamugi.
It was as expected. The staff seemed busy, but they were gentle and made me feel comfortable.
I would like to stop by again when I come to Kitami.

The taste is so good that you’ll want to drink every last drop of the broth. I ate it with tsukemen instead of bukkake, so I wanted something like soba-yu! That’s what I thought. lol

The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and I was able to eat slowly. It was my first time eating fresh hiyamugi, and it was very chewy, smooth, and delicious.

It was my second visit since the other day. We had a large portion last time as well. I was surprised at how filling Hiyamugi was. I’ve only eaten the Tsumugu set so far, so next time I’ll try the onion tempura.

I had been curious about it since it was introduced as “fresh hiyamugi” on YouTube, so I looked it up on SNS and decided to check it out!
It was my first time eating freshly made hiyamugi, so it was very delicious!
I was also able to spend a wonderful time thanks to the kind and courteous customer service of the staff.
I hope I can come eat again!
